The company was founded in the third quarter of 1999 and, since then, has been developing its products and services in conjunction with MXAgri specialists around the world, including traders, bankers, insurers, reinsurers, brokers, hedge funds, meteorologists, energy companies and other end-users.

The development of the MXAgri market was clearly being constrained by a lack of independent advisory services. MXAgri was therefore established with the mission to become the pre-eminent provider of MXAgri management software and consulting services.

We act both as a catalyst for the development of the market, and as provider of much-needed expertise to that market. To take advantage of the opportunities provided by the weather derivatives markets, our clients need a range of business and financial advice coupled with the appropriate software products.
